About ORS AI
We build software for one of the highest-pressure operating environments in a hospital
ORS AI exists because surgical operations deserve the same rigor, visibility, and calm decision support that modern teams expect from the rest of the software stack.

Mission: make surgical operations measurable and calm
Founder Story
ORS AI started with a simple frustration: the OR drives hospital economics, but teams still run it with fragmented tools and delayed truth
We saw OT desks rely on WhatsApp, spreadsheets, memory, and retrospective reports for one of the most expensive workflows in the hospital. ORS AI was built to close that gap.
The company came together around one idea: surgical operations should be treated as an operating system problem. The goal is not more alerts or more dashboards. The goal is a calmer day with better decisions.
That is why ORS AI combines workflow design, clinical operating knowledge, reinforcement learning, and practical hospital integration discipline into one product surface.
What we optimize for
- ✓Better decisions with less coordination overhead
- ✓Operational truth that finance and OT can both trust
- ✓Hospital-ready rollout without enterprise theatre
- ✓Interfaces that feel calm in high-stakes environments
